During our New Year stay, we really liked the amazing view from our room and the rooftop pool. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located right next to a subway station and in close proximity to Yuyan Garden. The hotel staff also surprised me with a birthday cake and card, which was a thoughtful gesture.

One major downside of our stay was the poor wifi connection, which the hotel attributed to a technical issue. This was quite a disappointment as we had trouble connecting throughout our stay.

As young people, we loved the convenience of the hotel's location. Just a 5-minute walk from The Bund and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And being right on top of the metro stop was a game-changer for exploring the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room gave us incredible views of the city, including the Pearl and Shanghai Tower. The rooftop bar with its 360-degree views was truly one of the best in the city. The club lounge had exceptional service from friendly and attentive staff, like Sunny and Sandra. the facilities and amenities were plentiful, with a standout being the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart area of Yu Garden. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport and sightseeing. It was conveniently close to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the modern facilities were top-notch. We particularly loved the proximity to Yu Garden, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of this city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Renaissance for 4 nights during our sightseeing trip to Shanghai. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the Bund and with the YuYuan Gardens right next door. The view from our spacious bedroom window was amazing, showcasing the city skyline. The room was very clean and had two comfortable double beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The Metro station was conveniently located just across the road, making it easy for us to explore the city.

Stayed at this hotel over New Year and had a great experience. the bed was super comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after celebrating. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the main attractions in the city. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool on the top floor provided stunning views of the cityscape.

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. the service was slow and the food options were limited, especially if you're not a fan of greasy eggs and bacon.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the famous Yu Garden and close to a Metro station. We even walked to the Huangpu River to see the stunning Shanghai skyline and the Bund. The strategic location made it convenient for both family trips and business travel. Additionally, the comfortable rooms and friendly staff were a plus.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. The room's air conditioning system only blew cold air, even when we tried to adjust it for warmth.
