I had a fabulous week's stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic, with lots of choice and unlimited coffee! The room was large, spacious, and of good quality. The spa area was superb, and I enjoyed relaxing there every night. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a great location in the centre of town, with easy access to the ski lift and gondola. The hotel is situated in a quiet square, providing a peaceful ambiance. Guests have appreciated the tidy and clean Austrian-style rooms, with ample storage and hooks for ski gear. The extensive spa facilities, including saunas, Jacuzzis, and a swimming pool, are perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the organization of the spa facilities, such as the disregard for restriction zones and hours.

The hotel had a great central location within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The spa was a highlight of the trip, with plenty of options for relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a perfect start to each day.

The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated and could use some updating. the street noise could be a bit distracting at times, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Alexander and Sameer, were brilliant and extremely helpful. Mubarak, the assistant, was always available to lend a hand. Anita, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and answer any inquiries we had. The warm welcome and intimate atmosphere made us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids.

We had great value for our money at Hotel Neue Post. The room was comfy, well-equipped, and clean. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to the train station, bus stops, lake, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider breakfast selection.

We loved the excellent location, near the City Express lift and bus stop for skiing. The saunas and jacuzzi were superb, and the staff, especially Janus in the restaurant, were amazing. The breakfasts and dinners exceeded our expectations, and the facilities were top-notch.

We were just steps away from the main pedestrian street for shopping and eating, and the beautiful lake was just a short walk away.
