In the stunning area of Italy, we found a hidden gem nestled in the suburbs of Milan. The hotel is perfectly located close to the beautiful lakes, allowing us to easily explore the picturesque surroundings. The rooms are spacious and modern with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the Alps. The bathrooms are luxurious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing oasis after a long day of sightseeing. The service at the hotel is exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The breakfast spread is abundant and delicious, ensuring we started our days off on the right foot. The hotel also boasts a spa where we indulged in relaxing massages and revitalizing treatments.

The restaurant menu became a bit repetitive after a few days, lacking variety in options.

The room had a great view and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was good and there was a small gym available to use. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to shops and restaurants.

The staff was unfriendly and didn't make us feel welcome. the room was dirty and outdated, with stains on the carpet and walls.

The only minor complaint was the lack of outdoor swimming. While the indoor pool is fine, some guests may prefer to swim in the open air.
