The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, and the AC was a big plus. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a great little snack and souvenir area at the front desk, which was convenient. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Despite the noise outside, the room was soundproofed, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff here were very accommodating, and the three different receptionists I encountered were friendly and helpful. Plus, the leisure facilities like the sauna and garden area were a nice touch.

It is also close to stations which can easily lead you anywhere, providing great access to public transport. The rooms are modern and practical, offering amenities such as soap, hairdryer, and a safe. there are several USB ports in the room, making it convenient for charging devices.

The bathroom had a slight issue with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

During Christmas, we stayed at this hotel and we found the complementary breakfast and bar offerings to be quite good. the hotel's prime location and well-designed ambiance provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the surrounding rooms and street was also bothersome at night.
