We stayed at Mimaru Shinjuku West for a few nights at the end of our trip. It was conveniently located on a Main Street, just 15 minutes away from Shinjuku station. The apartment had everything we needed, and the reception provided amenities, including nightwear and slippers. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing Indian restaurant right across the street, which had the best food we've ever had! The family room we booked was perfect for our needs, and the helpful receptionists even assisted us in retrieving a lost phone. a great experience!

Although the washing machines were fast, the dryers took a while to complete a cycle, resulting in a bit of a wait for other guests. Additionally, we would have appreciated more storage options in the apartment, such as shelves, drawers, and hooks for clothes and personal items.

The hotel room was spacious and equipped with kitchen facilities, perfect for families and friends traveling. We were able to prepare our own breakfast and meals easily. Another great aspect was the convenience of a WE bus right outside the hotel that took us directly to a key location in the city. several convenience stores were nearby which made it easy to buy groceries and other supplies.

The location of the hotel was a little far to walk from the station, which could prove difficult for travelers with children. Lastly, it would have been even better if there was a washer/dryer in the room instead of having to use a launderette.
