The room was spacious and clean. We had a problem with the toilet that was fixed promptly by the staff. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great base for exploring all the central sights. With a metro station nearby and parking area close by, it's easy to get around. The spacious rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean with a good sized shower. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options. The staff are helpful, and there are lots of good restaurants near the hotel.

The bathroom set up may need improvement, with some guests experiencing fluctuating temperatures in the shower and a separate toilet that cannot be kept open.

I had a great stay at this place in Vienna. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walking distance from the city center. I loved being able to cross the bridge and explore the charming streets. The hotel is also in a great spot, next to the Danube river and Prater. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry options available. The room amenities were also impressive, with heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. I enjoyed having a terrace where I could relax and take in the city views. The hotel provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, making my stay even more comfortable. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant on-site and the option for in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

the hotel was a short walk from the center and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they could speak English well. the hotel also had a small play area in the reception, which kept our kids entertained. Although not as big as other Novotel play areas, it was still enjoyable for them.
