The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The room was very clean and the hotel provided great amenities. The location was excellent, as it was close to the train station and very close to everything, including the main areas of this city. The staff were also amazing, providing great service and speaking English.

The location of Shinsaibashi Arty Inn was perfect for exploring the vibrant Amemura area and enjoying the lively atmosphere at Triangle Park. The cost-performance ratio was exceptional, providing a comfortable stay at an affordable price. I was impressed by the helpful and responsive staff, particularly their assistance in finding a secure parking spot for my bicycle. The availability of public baths was a unique and enjoyable feature. Despite the building's age, I didn't mind the slight wear and tear I noticed in the elevators. Though the area may be considered "dangerous" by local standards, I still felt very safe as long as I kept an eye on my belongings.

Our romantic escape exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and even calling a taxi for us. The hot bath was a nice touch, and the women's only relaxation room had great amenities like hair appliances and moisturizer, making us feel pampered. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The value for money was great, especially with lots of available washers and dryers. Plus, there were plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store nearby.

The hotel had a spa with fantastic views, and I could relax in the sauna. The staff at the reception were helpful, but don't worry, they won't clean your room every day, giving you a chance to experience the joy of living in a messy space.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at Shinsaibashi Arty Inn were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs, even though we booked late during the high traveling season. The beds were comfortable and spacious, perfect for larger Asian guests. The location was ideal, within walking distance of train stations, popular attractions, and even a convenience store right downstairs. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs nearby, and we even found a bowling alley. It was the perfect place for a pleasurable and leisurely vacation.
