We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, just a minute's walk to either the Bernkogel Gondola or Turm 6er chairlift, making it super convenient for skiing. We were also delighted to find that there were ski shops and a small food market nearby, and a larger food market was only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. We loved the on-site dining options, especially the special diet menus and gluten-free options prepared by the friendly staff. The service was impeccable, and the housekeeping team kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including a spa, sauna, and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

It is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for guests. Additionally, the ski lift is just a short 2, minute walk away, perfect for skiing enthusiasts.

Disappointing food: the food at the hotel was a major letdown. Despite being billed as a four, star hotel, the quality of the food was subpar.
