Great location: the hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the bustling pedestrian street. It is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for guests. Additionally, the ski lift is just a short 2, minute walk away, perfect for skiing enthusiasts.

Disappointing food: the food at the hotel was a major letdown. Despite being billed as a four, star hotel, the quality of the food was subpar.

Fantastic service and warm welcome upon arrival. Delicious meals with a wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. Great location for accessing ski lifts and nightlife. Impressive pool area and friendly staff.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even prepared all the check-in procedures for me when I arrived late at night. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with daily cleaning service ensuring everything was spotless. The hotel facilities, especially the wellness area with saunas and outdoor pool, were top-notch. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was right in the city center and a stone's throw away from the ski lifts.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. We loved the on-site dining options, especially the special diet menus and gluten-free options prepared by the friendly staff. The service was impeccable, and the housekeeping team kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay.
