I really loved the beautiful room on the 6th floor. the bed was comfortable and the full marble bathroom was very nice. the towels were huge and absorbing. the hotel's location was excellent, centrally located and easily accessible to key attractions. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't like. the cleaning of the room was inconsistent and it took multiple requests to have it cleaned.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being serviced twice a day and the sheets changed daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the extraordinary swimming pool and spa area. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to most of the city's attractions and it was also conveniently close to the bustling Christmas Markets. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city makes it extremely convenient for sightseeing, with main downtown areas, shopping streets, and popular attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the fact that it is housed in a beautifully restored former bank building from the early 1900s adds to the charm and character of the hotel.

My recent stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely delightful. I stayed for a week and was impressed by the brand new and beautifully decorated environment. The service provided by both junior and senior hotel staff was excellent, and the concierge and doormen were exceptionally kind and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, high-tech features, and breathtaking architecture made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot wait to return to this exceptional hotel!

During my recent stay at Park Hyatt, I was delighted by the stunning room and the beautiful location. The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking and made my experience even more memorable. The afternoon tea offered at the hotel was a highlight for me, with a wide range of delectable cakes to indulge in. The staff, especially the female employees, were incredibly nice and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Beautiful, clean studio with excellent breakfast, great fitness center. Ideal location and very welcoming staff. Room cleaning delay, but eventually resolved. Expensive rooms, but overall good experience.

The value for the money was great and the room was excellent, except for the warm air conditioner. The location was outstanding and the staff treated me with helpfulness, kindness, and friendliness.

Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful lobby area with a bar, making it a great spot for relaxing and people, watching.

One drawback of the hotel was that it was quite expensive compared to other luxury hotels in the area. the prices were higher than expected, which made it less accessible for budget, conscious travelers.
