The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. They took a deposit of 500k idr, which was promptly refunded at check-out. The free airport shuttle was convenient, running every hour. What I really liked was that they served breakfast from 3am during Ramadan, instead of the usual 4am, so I could have a meal before heading to my next destination. The hotel's proximity to the airport was great, although it's important to allow enough time for the journey due to the small one-way roads in the area.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two complimentary drinks at their rooftop bar which was a nice gesture. the location was convenient as it was close to the airport and the free shuttle service was helpful. the swimming pool was a nice bonus and provided a refreshing break from the Jakarta heat.

The air conditioning and fridge didn't work properly either. Drinks at the rooftop bar were expensive and we found the overall cost of the hotel to be a bit too high for the issues we encountered.

The hotel had great facilities, including a mini bar, although we wished it offered more variety of snacks. The room service was exceptional, arriving within half an hour and available 24/7. The hotel itself was modern and luxurious, providing free disposable slippers and bottles of water. The toiletries offered were comprehensive, including cotton buds, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a comb. The restaurant was lovely, with a wide variety of food options and pleasant music playing in the background. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
