I had an amazing winter stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, just a short walk to the train station and the downtown pedestrian zone. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, with a great shower and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spa facilities, which were a nice bonus. a lovely experience.

That the hot tub was out of order during my stay.

I recently had a fabulous Christmas stay at this hotel and it was truly amazing! The Superior room I booked was spacious, with a walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The meals were delicious, especially the spectacular gala dinner on Christmas Eve. The hotel staff, including Suzanne and her family, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The level of service exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for more. If I lived closer, I would definitely return every year like many other guests. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Christmas getaway.

Stayed in a small hotel in the mountains recently and found the location to be absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views of the Alps from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We found the hotel to be conveniently located near several shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

We found that the food at the hotel was not up to our liking, with limited selection and uninspired recipes. We felt that we could have easily found better value for our money elsewhere.
