The value for money at Pension Stoi was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Nothing it is perfect.

I stayed at Pension Stoi for one night due to snow conditions on my way to skiing. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for nearby dinner and breakfast options. The room was spacious, clean, and great value for money. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old town with the golden roof. The hotel also took care of our belongings the next day while we sorted out alternative travel arrangements. Highly impressed!

We stayed at Pension Stoi Budget Guesthouse for one night as a quick stopover between Italy and Germany. the room was incredibly clean and the price was great. We were impressed with the cleanliness, although the linens could have been crisper as they seemed to have been used by a previous guest. the towels were quite worn out, which was not consistent with the overall cleanliness of the room. We also requested two firmer pillows as the ones provided were too soft. It would be helpful if each room had its own kettle, as some guests did not return it to the lobby for others to use. Despite these minor issues, we were grateful to be able to check in early and the wifi in the room was excellent.

We couldn't stay longer. 😞

the walk to the top of the Innsbruck gondola through the old town or main plaza was amazing. the guesthouse had a great location next to the central train station, with many stores nearby. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the shared bathroom and shower were clean, and the WiFi was fast. it was a great experience staying at Pension Stoi Budget Guesthouse.

The hotel's location is ideal, being very close to the train station and within walking distance to the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a good shower.

There was an issue with the shower's water pressure, making it difficult to have a hot shower.

They even went the extra mile by storing our luggage when we arrived early and offered to check if there were available rooms for an early check-in. The shared bathroom was kept very clean, and we never had any issues with its availability. a great budget guesthouse with a convenient location, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

We stayed at Pension Stoi for two nights and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations. They spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had been recently refurbished. Most importantly, the hotel was very dog-friendly, which was important to us as pet owners.

We had a great location, just a short walk to the train station and close to the shopping street and Golden Roof. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and had a little balcony, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the room was comfortable, we did experience a bad food smell that lingered despite our efforts to freshen the room. This was a bit unpleasant during the night and in the morning.
