My stay at Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld was absolutely fabulous. The hotel's organization was perfect, making it easy to access and use the pool, saunas, fitness center, and other facilities. The dinner and breakfast options were diverse and of great quality and taste. As a bonus, since I visited during the low season, I received an extra traveling card for local attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as bathrobes and coffee and tea facilities.

I did find the room a bit modest for a four-star hotel, and the heating was not adjustable, resulting in a hot night's sleep. The shower in my room was also not practical and leaked water outside.

Had the best Christmas vacation at a hotel close to the slope and the main ski lift. the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb with a varied and well-prepared selection of dishes. the staff were amazing - friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. the location was also perfect, it was easy to access everything and the surrounding area was beautiful. the hotel was equipped with games area, gym, sauna and relaxation area.

The beds were too firm and the duvets were too warm, especially for a hot summer night. Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, the noise from the other guests carrying their skis and boots on the floors was too loud and made it hard to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, situated right next to the slopes and close to the main ski lift up the mountain. The convenience of being able to easily access the ski area made our stay so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a day of skiing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, ensuring we had a good start to our day on the mountain. the hotel offered excellent facilities and advantages, such as the 24-hour bar and the opportunity to lock up our belongings in the room's storage facilities.

One drawback of the hotel was the noise from the nightclub in the basement that could be heard in the rooms until the early hours of the morning.

Perfect location, excellent staff, cool and modern design, great for skiers, good food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just next to the slopes and the main ski lift up the mountain. It made it so convenient to hit the slopes right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing me with a free ski lift card and giving great recommendations for activities in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the separate ski area where I could hang and dry my gear. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of well-cooked foods to choose from.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Perfect location near slopes, main ski lift, and après bar. Cool and modern atmosphere with excellent staff. Well-designed for skiers and snowboarders. Variety of guests, mainly young, but also mixed groups, couples, and families. Games area, sauna, 24-hour bar with pizzeria, and large relaxation area. Clean rooms with ski area and storage facilities. Excellent price with ski passes and all-day breakfast and dinner included. Friendly and helpful staff, good security. fantastic stay!👍
