Great location, right in front of the metro station and close to Schönbrunn. Clean and stylish rooms, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the lobby bar offers interesting cocktails inspired by the Orient Express.

Slight noise from the train underneath the windows and housekeeping knocking on the door multiple times early in the morning. No wine glasses available in the mini bar and room service asked me to come down to the bar to get them and open my bottle.

I traveled to Renaissance hotel for a 3-night stay. The front desk staff, including Mustafa, Martin, Deborah, were exceptional with a friendly and efficient attitude. The hotel's location right across from the Ubahn was perfect, and there were several cafes within walking distance. The room design was fabulous, and the bed was gigantic and comfortable. The subway station was just across the street, making it easy to explore. I would definitely choose this hotel again if in the area.

Over New Year's, the hotel was very loud and it was difficult to sleep. the hotel did not have any soundproofing in the rooms, which was an issue with the noise from other guests and the New Year's celebrations in the area.
