The hotel is located in a beautiful valley with stunning views of the Austrian mountains. The Zirbe restaurant offers a cozy ambiance where guests can enjoy delicious meals. The spacious rooms are comfortable, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is extensive, with many options to choose from.

The housekeeping service needs improvement, as guests have complained about cleanliness issues in their rooms.

Good food selection, nice view from the room and friendly staff. The New Year's Eve party was amazing, with great music and lots of people. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions and the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants.

The hotel appeared to be a bit worn out and could use a few upgrades. There was no proper heating in our room, which made it difficult to stay warm during the cold nights.

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at this stunning castle hotel. The staff arranged a pick-up service from the train station and allowed us to use the spa until our room was ready. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, with a charming bar and breathtaking mountain views. The room was comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options. The spa facilities were top-notch, with various saunas, steam rooms, a swimming pool, and a hot Jacuzzi. The restaurant served incredible meals, although prices were on the higher side. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis nestled in a breathtaking location. The spa and wellness center offers exclusive amenities, including a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a Jacuzzi. The full body massage was heavenly, and the spa lounge was the perfect spot for relaxing afterward. The sun terrace was also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we experienced was a slightly slow service at the restaurant. However, the special diet menus were excellent, and the picnic area was a lovely touch.
