We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated in a picturesque area of Zell. The hotel provides a range of services and amenities that enhanced our comfort and relaxation. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a separate living area and an extra bedroom, making it feel like a small apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Lovely Christmas decorations and festive vibe. the hotel was situated close to both the town and the lake which was great for exploring. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice on local trips. It was nice to have a gala dinner over the Xmas holidays.

The rooms were not as clean as expected and had an old feeling, not as cozy as they looked in the pictures. the food was not up to our expectations and lacked variety.

The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including free parking, bicycles, indoor and outdoor pools with sun loungers, spa and sauna. As foreign tourists, we particularly enjoyed the Summercard provided by the hotel, which gave us free access to cable cars, boat trips, and other activities. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

We especially loved being able to use their bicycles for a scenic ride around the lake. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's downtown location made it convenient to explore the city on foot. the front desk staff were friendly and parking was free and on site.
