Lovely Christmas decorations and festive vibe. The hotel was situated close to both the town and the lake which was great for exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice on local trips. It was nice to have a gala dinner over the Xmas holidays.

The rooms were not as clean as expected and had an old feeling, not as cozy as they looked in the pictures. The food was not up to our expectations and lacked variety.

The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including free parking, bicycles, indoor and outdoor pools with sun loungers, spa and sauna. As foreign tourists, we particularly enjoyed the Summercard provided by the hotel, which gave us free access to cable cars, boat trips, and other activities. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt completely happy with our stay, with nothing to complain about.
