I got great value for my money at Occidental. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the sea promenade. The staff was helpful and there were even sweet treats waiting for me at reception.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of English news channels on the TV.

Delicious coffee and fruits are complementary which helped with our budget. the location is wonderful, we were close to everything we needed including bars and restaurants. the bed was really comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after exploring the city all day.

The bathroom needs improvement, as the drain does not work properly. the flat shower led to our bathroom flooding after each shower.

The room was very clean and modern, and the small size was not a problem. The location was excellent, with the marina, old town, clubs, and market all within a few minutes' walk. The proximity to the train station and the bus to the airport was also a plus.

There was some noise at night, possibly from the kitchen area, which disturbed our sleep. We mentioned it to the reception but they couldn't explain it.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the rooms were quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly, without the need for a card to operate the lights. the shower and bath were luxurious, and although there were some maintenance issues, overall it was a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. We appreciated the option for a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. the staff, especially Zaira at reception, were extremely helpful and provided us with valuable advice for our visit to Alicante.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with great amenities and helpful staff. The location is perfect with everything within walking distance, including shops, tram, buses, the port, and the beach. The gym is small but clean and has all the essentials. Late check-out until 3pm is a plus. Must try restaurant opposite - BOKAO!
