Pro: We loved staying at Royal in the heart of the city. the location couldn't have been better, surrounded by pedestrian shopping streets and just a short walk from St Stephens Cathedral and the underground station. Our room was small but clean and quiet, with excellent blackout blinds and air-conditioning. the wifi worked well throughout the hotel. the breakfast buffet, although sometimes missing items, was adequate and enjoyable. the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, including gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk. Restaurant meals were delightful, with attentive staff. Arriving late due to snow was no problem for them. Will definitely return.
