Pro: We loved staying at Royal in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by pedestrian shopping streets and just a short walk from St Stephens Cathedral and the underground station. Our room was small but clean and quiet, with excellent blackout blinds and air-conditioning. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet, although sometimes missing items, was adequate and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Cleanliness was excellent. Hotel facilities, including the soap dispenser and hair blower, were convenient and in good condition. The location, right by the Stephansdom and next to the U station, was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, including gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk. Restaurant meals were delightful, with attentive staff. Arriving late due to snow was no problem for them. Will definitely return.
