We had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel! The location above the village provided breathtaking views of the mountains and the picturesque town below. The spacious room with a balcony gave us the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning scenery. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of shops and commercial services on-site, as well as the laundry and airport shuttle services available. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch, and the tours and ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area.

The included breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area that allowed us to relax and unwind.

The construction work near the hotel was a bit disruptive, as the noise started early in the morning and continued throughout the day.

We had the most amazing experience at a castle in the Austrian Alps. The views of the snow-capped mountains were breathtaking, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Elisabeth, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with great recommendations. The food at the local restaurant was outstanding, and we even got to enjoy a bottle of prosecco at the pool area. it was a luxury experience with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful castle, helpful staff, prompt room service, good restaurant food, stunning views from spa. Gorgeous outdoor pool, great spa & chill area, sauna. Quaint town nearby with supermarket. Great for skiing/hiking. Exceptional value & quality. Highly recommended stay. Make sure to drive up the driveway to reception with luggage.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty, providing excellent service and ensuring all my comforts were met. the Jagdzimmer, a beautifully designed room with great amenities, provided the perfect experience. the breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide selection of delicious options, and the restaurant staff were professional and attentive. the hotel's attention to detail, from the well-maintained equipment to the stunning garden, truly sets it apart from other premium hotels. I highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning castle hotel with wonderful views of the Alps. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities and lovely decor. the hotel is perfectly located for winter sports and Christmas markets. the food served was delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the locally sourced cheeses and cured meats. the staff were friendly and made us feel at home.
