This hotel is in a perfect Austrian lake setting, right next to the church in the centre of town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the upper area being a great place to relax and read. The staff are excellent, always going out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The pool is a great facility to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The shower in the bathroom could be improved, as it is slippery and there is no non-slip bath mat available.

Stayed at an amazing historic hotel with tons of character. the hotel is situated in a picturesque village with lots of colorful old buildings and lovely lake views. the rooms were spacious and perfect for families, with the option of a bedroom upstairs or downstairs, both with their own bathroom. the breakfast had a huge range of options, just what is needed for an energy-fuelled day of exploring.

No major complaints except for the fact that, occasionally, some staff seemed a bit disorganised. But honestly, it was nothing serious enough to detract from the overall experience.

We were even treated to a welcome drink upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for such as a mini-bar and a sitting area. The breakfast spread was simply incredible, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the spa and wellness center, with its indoor swimming pool and sauna. our experience here was top-notch!
