We stayed in a beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature and with a lovely garden. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we especially loved the small pond in the bathroom. The service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious, providing plenty of options for everyone. We also had access to facilities like a restaurant and a mini-farm, which was a great attraction for both children and adults.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable during our stay.

I was able to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and truly connect with my surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail that made my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the beautiful garden, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, and I appreciated being able to start my day surrounded by the natural beauty of the garden.

Izvora Hotel in Arbanasi exceeded my expectations with its wonderful garden and pool. I spent hours relaxing in the hammocks, enjoying quality time with my daughter. The restaurant had great food and a lovely atmosphere, and we even got to see peacocks roaming around. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to provide medicine for my daughter. despite a few drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great, allowing us to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the town. the spacious room was well equipped with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the swimming pool was an added bonus, perfect for refreshing dips during the day. the staff went out of their way to ensure our new year's eve experience was unforgettable.

The restaurant was also lackluster, with limited food options. Despite these drawbacks, our stay was pleasant and reasonably priced.
