We had a fantastic time during our stay at Schlosshotel Ischgl 5. The hotel is located right by the pistes end and just a short walk to the cable car, making it convenient for our ski trip. The SPA area was very nice, with a comfortable pool and enjoyable sprayers and artificial wave. The interior of the hotel was well-designed and the lobby bar had friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of 6, and the ski shop in the hotel made it convenient for renting and storing our equipment. we were impressed with the excellent service, delicious food, and comfortable amenities at Schlosshotel Ischgl 5.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the restaurant at the hotel and the cable car, making it easy to access meals and hit the slopes. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The service is friendly and helpful, and there is a nice swimming pool on site.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms could be uncomfortable during hotter weather.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-tier. The spa area was beautifully designed, with a lovely pool and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The food at dinner was fantastic with a great variety and good value for money. We especially enjoyed the selection of wine, including some excellent half bottle sizes. The ski shop in the hotel was helpful and efficient, with great rental and storage options.

Although the location was convenient, the walk to the ski lift could get tiring with small children and carrying skis. Additionally, smoking was allowed indoors and at the bar, including cigars, which made it unpleasant for non-smokers like us.

We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with top-notch service. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, the massage was rejuvenating, and the heated swimming pool was a true highlight. The restaurant had delicious food with unique flavours and the breakfast was great with a variety of options. The location was perfect as we were close to the ski lift and other attractions.

The only issue was that the entertainment wasn't up to our expectations. But we didn't really mind because everything else exceeded our luxurious needs.
