The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on local attractions and restaurants. The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. the secure parking offered by the hotel was a great feature, giving us peace of mind for our car.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. The fan provided did help to keep the room somewhat cool, but it would have been much better with air conditioning.

fantastic stay at a charming hotel in saintes. lovely room and bathroom, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere. the helpful staff made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. breakfast was delicious and great value. secure parking was a bonus!
