Comfortable and modern room, friendly staff, late check-in provided, welcome drink offered, nice spa area. Occasionally good food, decent sauna area, friendly and competent staff, good gym. Closed pools, but offered voucher for another spa hotel. Excellent breakfast with fresh and tasty choices, great food and friendly staff in the evening gasthoff.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the delicious food options offered at the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a variety of choices, and the dinner was also very good. the modern and comfortable rooms provided a pleasant stay. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a modern style, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even offering a cold plate when I arrived late and missed dinner. The spa was a highlight, with its modern decor and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The romantic atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for a couple's retreat, with cozy rooms and an intimate spa. The location was also great, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby ski resorts.

The WiFi was unreliable during our stay, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home. the spa could get quite crowded at times, making it hard to find a relaxing spot to unwind.
