The location of the hotel, right off of the autobahn, was convenient for those arriving by car or truck. However, it was my mistake to assume that it would be close to the airport. The underground tunnel leading to the hotel was not well signposted, causing me to get lost. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of a truck stop, which made it a noisy and chaotic environment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the room was very nice - clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view of the mountains. The beds were really comfy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. I also appreciated the good blinds in the room, which helped keep the light out and ensured a good night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived late, they made sure we could still dine at the restaurant downstairs, which served delicious food. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight - it had a wide variety of choices and the sunny side up eggs were perfectly cooked. The attention to detail, especially in terms of cleanliness and service, was impressive.

The staff at Best Western were absolutely amazing. One evening, I arrived back at the hotel late and was feeling quite hungry. To my relief, the hotel had a restaurant that was still open. I ordered a meal and it was promptly delivered to my table. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff even checked on me throughout my meal to ensure I was satisfied. Their attentiveness and exceptional service made my stay truly special.
