Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who provided us with helpful local information. Our room at Frederick Street Townhouse was impeccably clean and had lovely decor. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The adjoining bar/restaurant, The Button Factory, provided a satisfying and plentiful breakfast.

This hotel was a great find for our long weekend in the city. It offered excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the concert venue and the restaurant we had booked. Additionally, its proximity to the city centre made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed with a very comfy bed and all the facilities we required, including a delicious breakfast in the morning.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault anything.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. It was very close to the restaurant we were going to and within walking distance of the downtown area. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with an upgrade to our booked room. We were pleasantly surprised to find cereal and milk in the room for breakfast, along with proper coffee.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a downside.

The room was a good size and the shower/bathroom facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The continental breakfast was not bad and there were a few options to choose from. the beds were quite comfortable to sleep in, which was convenient after a long day of exploring the city. the location of the hotel was also great as it was close to public transportation and situated in a lively part of town.

The noise coming from the restaurant next door was unbearable at night, especially during Christmas. It was difficult to sleep as the bass from the music thumped through the room, even on the top floor.

This hotel is perfect for a night out in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. Its location is spot on, with easy access to the area's great bars and restaurants. Plus, it's just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean, and have all the basic amenities you need. this hotel is a fantastic choice for a stay in Birmingham.
