We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right on the slopes, allowing us to ski-in and ski-out. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who arranged everything we needed, from lift tickets to private ski instructors. The hotel offers a great selection of amenities, including a spa, sauna, and swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, which were a hit with both adults and kids. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

Spent an amazing Xmas at a hotel in a beautiful location with stunning views of the snow-covered mountains from the pool area and balcony. the spa facilities were also fantastic, and the massage was the best I've ever had.

Some of the staff were a bit unorganized and asked for our room number several times at the restaurant. some of the staff members seemed standoffish and not very friendly.

The cleanliness of the staircase left something to be desired, as there was noise from the cleaning staff on Sunday morning.
