I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. The villa we stayed in with our family was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel room for just me and my partner was equally impressive. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and towels provided. The breakfast had a great selection, including delicious poached eggs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, never too cold or drying. The bathroom was stunning and the TV even had English channels, including Sky Sports for my football-loving partner. The hotel was conveniently located near the Plaza with its affordable restaurants and bars, and the reception staff were always ready to assist. Cabs to anywhere in the resort were only 5 euros.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us in every possible way.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a complex near a fine dining setting. Although the hotel itself is showing its age and has slid down from its previous highs, the staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were adequate, although not luxurious, and the sporting facilities, such as golf and tennis, were well-run. The hotel also had a variety of fitness and health facilities available.

The beach within the complex was rocky and not suitable for lounging or swimming.

We recently stayed at a resort hotel that was fantastic! The hotel was in a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast had a great selection and we couldn't fault it. The staff were very helpful and attentive to all our needs.

The high price of food at the hotel restaurant. We found it to be quite expensive compared to other places nearby.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location with beautiful grounds and a golf course. Guests can easily walk to the nearby restaurants as well as explore the historic city of Cartagena. The refurbished rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay. The pool area is a highlight and provides a relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

The breakfast options were limited and the food in the restaurant was not up to standard, with some dishes tasting burnt.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities and excellent service. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a sauna and indoor swimming pool available for guests. Additionally, there was an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, perfect for a relaxing day. The bar/lounge area and restaurant had delicious food options, including buffet breakfast, packed lunches, and special diet menus.

The only minor issue encountered was the lack of outdoor dining area. However, this didn't hinder the overall experience as the restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience.

My stay at Grand Hyatt was excellent! The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and the staff were attentive and efficient in clearing away used plates and cutlery. The pool area was heavenly, with ample beds and an abundance of towels available for use. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities such as ear buds, a sewing kit, shoe shine, slippers, and robes. The bar and pool area also served tasty, reasonably priced food. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Grand Hyatt.
