Excellent food package, fantastic grounds for active child, walkable to town, good value. Lovely traditional hotel with modern twists, 5-7 mins walk to gondola, friendly staff, high standard food, ample choices. Clean, comfortable quadruple room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Ski off to storage room entrance, excellent wifi throughout, warm hotel atmosphere. Would definitely choose again when returning to the area.

The room was lovely with ample space and nice decoration. The staff, including the waiter from Bulgaria and the girl from Croatia, were friendly and polite. The juggling bartender, Eric, added a fun touch to our stay. We received a free upgrade to a suite and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel had a mix of traditional charm and modern twists. The staff were excellent and the food was of a high standard. The communication from the hotel reception was great and the wifi was excellent throughout our stay. This hotel would be my top choice if I return to Zell am See.

The noise level at night was quite high, and sometimes disturbed my sleep. the size of the room was a bit smaller than I expected.

This made it extremely convenient for me to go up to the Schnittemhohe cable car and explore the beautiful hiking trails. The hotel also offered a ski lift, which was great for winter sports enthusiasts like myself. The service at this place was truly exceptional, with room service and housekeeping always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The airport shuttle service was also a great feature, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. I was even able to purchase my ski pass right at the hotel, saving me time and effort.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and the amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, were all top-notch.
