During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere and festive decorations. The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby hiking trails and offered stunning views of the surrounding hills and lake. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals served with fresh, local ingredients, and the attentive staff made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

While the hotel provided a pleasant stay overall, we noticed some areas that could use improvement. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and occasionally disconnected, which was frustrating. Additionally, we were disappointed in the lack of variety in the dinner menu, as well as the outdated room furnishings. Nonetheless, we were able to make the most of our stay and enjoyed the beautiful location and friendly staff.

The service provided by the housekeeping personnel was exceptional, making sure our rooms were always spotless and comfortable.
