This hotel in Milan was a great find! the location was superb, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean, modern, and well-furnished. The fact that a full breakfast was included in the price was also a major plus.

Noise levels could be improved.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation and restaurants. We appreciated the modern bathroom and the friendly staff.

The noise level at this hotel was unbearable. Loud music and talking could be heard at all hours of the day and night, making it difficult to get a decent amount of sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at a very clean and modern hotel. the staff at H21 were exceptional, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. the rooms were cleaned daily and the Turro metro station was conveniently nearby, providing easy access to the city. the hotel is great value for money compared to older and less attractive options. the friendly staff were available 24/7 and the room had comfortable beds with a balcony overlooking the street. the modern bathroom had plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready. a great hotel experience and I would gladly return.
