I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I got so much for what I paid. Secondly, the location was perfect, right next to the U-Bahn station, making it super convenient to get around the city. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, ensuring that my needs were met. Lastly, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with three separate big beds and a large terrace. I especially loved the warm bedroom and the fully equipped kitchen. It was such a pleasure to stay here!

The only small issue I had was with the breakfast options, which were a bit limited.

The location of Numa I Strauss Apartments couldn't be more perfect for both business and pleasure travelers. With a metro station just steps away, it's incredibly convenient to explore all parts of Vienna and even reach the airport. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness and great facilities were much appreciated. Communication with the Numa staff via WhatsApp was excellent, they were kind, professional, and extremely responsive. The value for money is truly outstanding.

There was only one minor issue during my stay. After a few days, I would have liked some cleaning because we were a group of five, but I didn't bother to ask for it.

During my stay at Numa, I was impressed by the automated features of the apartment. From the code entry system to the self-check-in process, everything was so convenient. Plus, the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff on WhatsApp made my experience even better. I would definitely choose to stay at Numa again.

Although the apartment was nice, I found that it lacked some furniture that would have made my stay even more comfortable. For example, there were no bedside shelves to place my phone or a cup of tea.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartments! The location was perfect, being very close to the subway station and on a major crossroad. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and responsive, answering all our questions promptly. We especially loved the welcome gifts and the option to store our luggage after check-out. it was a great experience!

The view from our room was not ideal, as there was an empty parking lot nearby with a lot of trash.

Nothing, all excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. We really appreciated the free amenities, especially the delicious local drink we got to try. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants in the area. The bonus was the lovely view we had from our room, which we enjoyed every morning.

Despite the overall good experience, there were some downsides. Our room was supposed to accommodate four people, but it was really too small for more than three.
