I recently stayed at Vaya Unique in Obergurgl for four days and it was an excellent experience. The modern and spacious room was well equipped and the spa was absolutely great, with a stunning view of the mountains from the outside pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the well-run restaurant where the food was simply excellent. Being right next to the ski lift saved a lot of time and hassle. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ski lift, making it super easy for us to hit the slopes every day. We also loved that there was a ski rental shop on site, saving us precious time and hassle. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing us with the utmost comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. The highlight for us was the amazing spa facilities, with stunning views of the mountains from the outside pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing.

Beautiful Stay at the Crystal Vaya

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Vaya. The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location for our ski holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we had stunning views of the mountains and slopes.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with modern design, exceptional spa facilities, delicious and varied food, excellent service at meals, conveniently located next to ski lift.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, great food selection, location right next to ski lift was convenient.

No individual ski lockers, parking was limited and required additional payment, room was a bit small for a family of four.

the hotel exceeded all our expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa facilities were exceptional. it was a refreshing and lovely experience, especially compared to our previous stay in Obergurgl.

Variety in the dinner menu was lacking.

The variety of dishes for both dinner and breakfast was outstanding, with personalized omelettes and eggs made right in front of you. The room exceeded expectations, providing modern amenities and ample space. The convenient location made skiing hassle-free, with the ski hire shop, storage area, and lift station just steps away. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making our stay truly exceptional.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with ski-in/ski-out access and a ski hire shop right next door. The convenience of being able to hop on the bus to explore nearby ski areas was also a major plus. The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful view of the slopes. The spa facilities were top-notch and we loved the outdoor pool and sauna. Having a swim in the pool while snow was falling around us was truly magical.

Some of the rooms were a bit noisy, especially those facing the road or bar. It would have been great if there were different pricing options for quieter rooms.
