The swimming pools and spa at Thermenhotel Karawankenhof were absolutely fantastic. We loved relaxing in the warm pool with massage jets and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the modern architecture with the snowcapped mountains as a backdrop was breathtaking. We also appreciated the early opening of the swimming pool, allowing us to have a refreshing swim before breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the spa facilities. We enjoyed the free use of the pool and the provided dressing gown, towel, slippers, and bag made our spa experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered half board inclusive pricing, which was a great value. The warm welcome we received and the spotlessly clean atmosphere added to our overall satisfaction. The swimming pools were beautiful and the spa was diverse and convenient. We particularly loved the unclothed saunas and the early opening of the swimming pool for a refreshing splash before breakfast. The hotel's modern and pleasant architecture, surrounded by snowcapped mountains, was a glorious sight to behold.

Cleanliness was spot-on, there was no wear and tear anywhere. The staff at the restaurant and reception were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with a variety of options available. The gym was big and modern, plus the refreshments were a delight.

The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and not in harmony with the hotel's modern profile. The hotel key card and wrist tag were unnecessarily fiddly for accessing the hotel, car park, pool, and spa.
