The location of the hotel is well appreciated by bike riders as it is situated right by the river and only a few kilometers away from the popular destination of Hallstatt. The rooms provide a comfortable and clean space, with spacious bathrooms and a pleasant view of the river. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious, providing a great start to the day.

The reception at the hotel can be difficult to find at times, making it inconvenient to contact the staff when needed.

The value for money at Jutel was great, with a simple yet spacious and clean room. The location was excellent, with beautiful mountain and river views, and just a short distance from Hallstatt. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

The breakfast selection could be improved, particularly the coffee and juice options.
