I was amazed by the excellent location of the hotel, right opposite the Stad park and just a short stroll to the city center. The rooms were absolutely delightful, and the breakfast spread was simply wonderful. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, including the housekeeping team who kept the rooms spotless. The guest relations and concierge services were impeccable, and the business center was top-notch. They went above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. I also appreciated the option to upgrade and access the M lounge, where I could enjoy complimentary wine and beer while taking in the beautiful views of Vienna from the 8th floor. I'm already planning my return to this fantastic hotel.
