It was such a relief to have their support during my stay.

During our stay at Plaza Tour Eiffel, we had a delightful surprise on my husband's birthday. The hotel left a delicious box of chocolates and a handwritten card in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture made our day extra special. The staff also made sure our request for a refrigerator to store my husband's insulin was met. We appreciated their attention to detail and kindness. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Complementary drinks were a nice touch and the welcome cookies were delicious. the hotel was located within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. It was also great to have a complimentary shuttle service available to take us to nearby locations.

The room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom had a moldy smell. the air conditioning did not work properly and the room was uncomfortably warm.
