The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the beautiful gardens of Schönbrunn. It's also conveniently close to public transport, with the U4 Hietzing station just a few minutes away. This makes it so easy to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although we didn't try the breakfast, there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from. the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms for a reasonable price.

The lack of multilingual staff made communication difficult at times.

We were delighted to find an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation and attractions like Schönbrunn palace and the zoo. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight for us was the huge bathtub in the bathroom. The staff was kind and friendly, providing us with useful tips about Vienna. We also enjoyed the variety of good restaurants and shops nearby. we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Viktoria Schonbrunn and would highly recommend it.
