During our stay over Xmas, we appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff at the hotel. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. the well-furnished rooms and clean bathrooms were a plus. the location of the hotel was also great, with several attractions within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city at our pace. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served in our room.

The thin walls meant we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the lack of a gym or an on-site restaurant was a slight inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It was just a short walk to the metro station and other bus stops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From providing great recommendations for places to visit, to offering excellent service, they really went above and beyond. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I especially loved the fact that some rooms had a bathtub, as it was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is within walking distance of many of the ancient sites such as the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Additionally, being just 100 meters from the metro makes exploring the city very convenient. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the daily breakfast, which was delivered right to our room each morning. The selection of pastries and coffee was delicious and a great way to start the day.
