The value for money was exceptional, especially with the three-course dinner offered at a great price. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms, with their small balcony, offered stunning views of the valley. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and satisfying.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

We also appreciated the attentive and professional service provided by Mr. Erharter, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated near the city center and within easy access to paths into the mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the thermal baths and the relaxing sauna in my room. The staff provided attentive and friendly service, making me feel well taken care of during my entire stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and there were a variety of reasonably priced wines to choose from.

Spent Easter vacation somewhere wonderful! the food was amazing - we enjoyed traditional dishes, and they managed my allergies perfectly. the location was perfect, skiing was great and the shuttle service was timely. the breakfast was very filling, and the views were breathtaking. There was even a chess table in the bar area - perfect for evening games. the staff were exceptional, very friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Our room got a bit too warm at night even with the window open all the time! the sauna was small and quickly got crowded.
