My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Located right in the heart of the lively old town, it was within easy walking distance from all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The room had a vintage feel to it and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a great range of options and everything was delicious. the location, service, and atmosphere were outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the famous Golden Roof. We were just a short walk away from Maria theresin Strasse and all the authentic shops in the old town. The hotel facilities were great, with comfy beds and a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast included was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the option of parking nearby and the convenience of being in a traffic restricted area.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of air conditioning in the room. We stayed during the new year and the room felt like a sauna, even with the window open and a fan provided.

Loved the two complementary facts that they offered - breakfast and drinks, which were delicious! the location could not have been better - right in the middle of the city, we could easily walk to everything. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the rooftop bar were a huge bonus. We really enjoyed spending time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central place to stay.

They were very welcoming and multicultural. The facilities were top-notch with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, ski storage, and even horseback riding and skiing options. The room was modern and had all the amenities you could ask for, including a mini-bar and soundproofed rooms. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again.
