Great location, easy access to ski lift, helpful staff, lovely pool

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the centre of town, near restaurants and shops. Plus, it's only a short walk to the lifts, making it easy to get straight up the slopes. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is generally pleasant, with helpful reception and bar staff. The breakfast spread is great, with a large buffet to choose from. the hotel offers facilities like a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and even a smoking room adjacent to the bar area.

The wifi speed can be intermittent and the TV selection is limited.

The wellness center was top-notch, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making sure we were directed to all the amenities. the service and attention to detail at this hotel were exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at Alte Post! the location is perfect, right in the centre with a car park underneath and only a 5-minute walk to the lifts. I loved the convenience of the hotel's agreement with a nearby ski shop for ski and boot storage, especially for those who don't want to walk in their ski boots. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of buffet and cooked-to-order items, including options for gluten-free guests. the room itself was well-appointed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcomed. I also enjoyed the separate closed-off smoking room at the end of the bar area.

The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the bar and restaurant staff went above and beyond, and nothing was too much trouble for them. the Spa was a luxurious haven, providing a warm escape from the cold outside. the inclusive dinner exceeded our expectations, with 5-star a la carte standard food. the hotel's central location in the village center offered stunning mountain views from our balcony. it was a truly memorable experience at Alte Post.
