the room at d loft was clean - with a huge comfy bed. it's very close to petaling street market - surrounded by cool restaurants and bars. friendly staff and free light snacks for breakfast make the stay enjoyable. the receptionist offered different room options - ensuring a perfect choice.

One small issue I encountered during my stay was with the safe in my room being locked. When I sought help from the reception, I was informed that only one staff member had the master key and was unavailable until the following week.
