During our stay at Grand Hotel Europe, we had a very helpful and friendly staff member, Khalaya Mikhayilova, assist us. She warmly welcomed us and spoke excellent English. Not only did she react quickly to our needs, but she also went above and beyond by contacting us about a forgotten watch and making sure we could retrieve it. Khalaya's exceptional service truly made our stay memorable.

During my business trip, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. They were always ready to help with whatever I needed. the complimentary tea and coffee table in the room was a nice touch. the location was also ideal for my needs, with many cafes and restaurants nearby.

I did find the breakfast options to be limited. the noise levels from the street could be bothersome at times.
