The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of the city. The rooms were modern and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff, particularly Mr Rovshan from the concierge, was very helpful and provided great recommendations for places to visit.

We had a few issues during our stay. The staff were unprofessional and unresponsive, as we repeatedly called for water for two days and never received it.
