I had a great stay at Karat Inn. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old city and trade district. The room was recently refurbished and very clean. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and I was able to park my car nearby. Despite the lack of an elevator, the staff were always there to help with my luggage. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. the hotel staff was friendly and provided us with useful tourist information. the location was excellent as it was near the metro and within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

Our room was quite small and had a view of a construction site. the noise from other guests could be heard easily, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the railway station and near the city center. There are also small restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat. the 28 Mall is just a 10-minute walk away, providing shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests.

Some staff members have difficulty communicating in languages other than Azerbaijani, which can be frustrating for tourists.
