We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Shahdag. the Pik Palace, Autograph Collection made our experience even more special. the location was perfect, with the ski slopes just a short distance away. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the Alpine restaurant was a highlight, offering a delicious breakfast and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities. the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and we even had the option to enjoy outdoor ice skating.

The hotel is located near the main center where you can rent winter experiences. Additionally, the beds are large and comfortable, and the outdoor heated pool is a great place to relax.

The temperature in all areas was uncomfortable and there was a problem with cleanliness in our room on the second day of our stay.

The hotel has a luxurious feel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The ski school is also located within the hotel and makes it very easy to access. We were able to enjoy world-class facilities in the heart of the mountains. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location surrounded by snowy mountains and skiing. The rooms are beautifully designed with comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is diverse with both local and European cuisine. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Safe area for walking at night.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the beautiful resort town of Shahdag. The value for money was fantastic, and our room was spacious and well-appointed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, catering to our every need.

One thing that could have made the morning meal even better was a wider variety of options.

The location is fabulous with breathtaking snowy mountains, perfect for skiing. The property is well maintained with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, with a mix of local and European cuisine. Special appreciation to Chef Vincent Francis for offering dishes from guests' countries. The housekeeping staff is always helpful.

Amazing Weekend! We had a great time skiing and relaxing in the mountains. the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Loved the spacious and cozy rooms with great views. the complementary coffee machine and water bottles were a nice touch. the ski hire shop in the hotel basement had everything we needed. the outdoor pool was a great experience.

Occasionally, the food was not fresh and not replenished regularly. it was hard to reach the reception or operator from the room.
