Breakfast was good and staff members on the floor were friendly.

The reception staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guests. Inaccurate information was provided about day tours and some room facilities were not in good working condition.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the center of the city. The restaurant Zodiac, located not far from downtown, provided delicious meals with a variety of options. The room was clean and spacious, allowing for comfortable movement and storage. The bathroom was also in good condition and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide range of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

That the spa facilities were not mentioned, so I cannot comment on them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the great location in a bustling business area. The service was outstanding with 24-hour room service, car hire, tours/ticket assistance and much more. The rooms were spacious and came with great amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and in-room safes. And the staff, from check-in to check-out, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Point Hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, and it truly felt like a luxurious 5-star experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, even welcoming me with a complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, including vegan-friendly choices. I also enjoyed a fabulous massage during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and friendly service.
