The Superior Villa by the lake was amazing, offering great facilities and stunning surroundings. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the Thai girls delivering the spa treatments were very professional. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel staff were highly professional and helpful, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Special mention to Mr Omran, who provided us with all the necessary information and showed true hospitality. The daily events, breakfast, and three restaurants were perfect. The cleanliness and organization were impressive, thanks to the housekeeping staff. The golf lessons with Mr Abdulrahman were excellent, and Mr Aslan was also very supportive. The location, room view, and size were great, and the staff went above and beyond to assist when my son was sick. The variety of activities, including swimming, fishing, and night games, was a bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue. It's set aside in the forest and provides stunning views overlooking the resort. The staff here are amazing, they offered fantastic services such as dry cleaning, laundry, and room service. The leisure spa and wellness centre offers a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and much more. The hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible from the hotel. Additionally, there is a game room and children's playground here.

Excellent service from friendly staff. Rooms are well-equipped with complementary amenities including bathrobe and toothbrush. Facilities include a large pool and jacuzzi. Tasty cakes and fresh fruit for breakfast and dinner. Fun activities available like bowling, billiards, tennis table, shooting, and romantic dinners at The Challette Steakhouse.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive experience. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the sun terrace and relaxing in the garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the restaurant. While the food was excellent, the wait staff seemed understaffed, leading to longer wait times for service.

Xmas time at this amazing hotel was one of my best holiday experiences. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the location of the hotel is perfect, with beautiful scenery and great areas for a walk. Another advantage was the wide range of night activities for all family members to enjoy. the food was also great and simply delicious.

Despite the fantastic experience, there were a few downsides. One of the main issues was the unavailability of the cable car to the restaurant.

We also loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we had delicious meals and drinks.

Although everything was great, we only had one minor issue with the make-up services. We were expecting more exclusive treatment in this area, but the staff seemed a little inexperienced.
